If you have carried out an important development intervention in the past and it has been appx one year since the ending of the project, Impact Assessment is a crucial exercise to understand the effectiveness, outreach and sustainability of the intervention. It is utmost important if you want to replicate the project for a larger geography and on a larger scale. Impact Assessment will you give the perspective whether the project has delivered the intended results and to what degree.
