Abhishek comes with around 20+ years of service industry experience, managing Transformation/Process Re-engineering/ Project management for multinational companies. In his stint with the industry, he lead and participated in designing processes, transformation roadmaps and driving transformation for various international clients. He is a computer science Graduate and possess a variety of professional certificates (i.e. SS Master Black Belt, PMP, LEAN, ISO 9000, 27000, Process Mining CELONIS, ITIL V3 etc.) Her expertise lies in Project management, Business Transformation, Digital Transformation, process reengineering and Business Consulting. It was Abhishek’s vision of bringing the social sector entities to the mainstream and enable them to connect them with corporates freely which gave idea of inception of Humanation. Abhishek is crucial in designing highly complex and big projects with minute details of daily/ weekly deliverables and in all stakeholder management.

Subodh comes with over 18 years of experience with a mix of social sector and corporate/ banking sector. Subodh is an MBA in Rural Management from IRM Jaipur and has worked with reputed NGOs and MFIs in Rajasthan, UP and Orissa. To gain more professional acumen, subodh later joined banking and there he managed Relations with SMEs and MMEs in north India. Having worked with both, the corporate as well as the social sector, Subodh as the co-founder of the company easily took the task of linking the entities of these two sectors and presently works as the Chief Business Officer of the company. Subodh is a certified CSR professional (ICSI) and has obtained various certification like Strategic Communication and partnership building for social impact from CDMA-MICA, Social Accounting and Audit from Social Audit Network India, Lean Data Approaches to measure social Impact from Acumen Academy and many others.
